Returns
Items purchased from Qucy Jewels are covered by our 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your item you have 30 days to return it for a full money back refund.
Earrings are non returnable/refundable, due to health and hygiene.
Items that are returned must be new and unused, in original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories.
